Until the end of August, the French artist Peter Valentiner (photo), who lives in Cologne, is exhibiting 18 of his works in the canteen of the RAG management company in Essen. His paintings are dominated by the principle of reversible ambiguity of forms, colours, light and shadow. These factors open up various possibilities of interpretation for the viewer.
